INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 

PARTS INCLUDED:

1-Stainless Header Plate
2-3/4” Pan Head Screws
2-White Nylon Sockets
2-Chrome Snap Cap Covers 

Your new cover comes with a protective liner; do not remove liner until prompted by instructions. 

The new header plate has been designed to fit over the factory metal header plate and tuck under the ACC stainless radiator support cover. 

1.  The first thing you will need to do is to set the header plate into position and press the two ends down and force the plate to shape to the slight contour of the factory header.   The panel should flex to the point that the small holes on either end will come close enough to the factory header to allow you to mark their two locations. Remove the panel.  

2.  Using a 9/64 drill bit pilot the two hole locations. Remove the protective liner and then set the plate back into position and insert the two ¾ pan head screws through the small white nylon cap sockets provided and install them into both of the holes and snug the panel down. NOTE: Do not over tighten as this will tend to distort the panel just snug will do just fine. Press on the two chrome caps to finish the installation.
